Hi guys I've been dealing with axiety for a long time and I take prescription medication back home (Xanax) anyway I don't have insurance here and I don't know how much it would cost to go to a psychiatrist here and I dot. Know if my foreign prescriptions would work.. I really need help because I'm barely coping these days

First step would be to go to a GP, which will cost you around €50-€60. They may refer you to a psychiatrist, which may take a while, but in the meantime the GP will be able to provide you with a prescription for medication, if they feel you need it. It would be a good idea to bring along copies of your prescriptions from home, if you have them, so the GP can see exactly what you were on.
