MK808b plus stuck on recovery screen

hi all, When I boot my mk808b plus it boots the finless 1.1 flash screen, then goes to recovery. The recovery screen loads to about 90% and stops. I've searched brought freaktab but can't really see any problems like this. Any advice? I'm not the most techie person but am grand following instructions!!

When I remove the sd card it boots to a blue screen with "teamwin" on it
