Irish History book for 10 yr old

    I would like to buy a history book for my 10 yr old, he is learning about the famine in school at the moment and I would like to buy a book about Irish History or World History. Can someone please recommend a book suitable for a 10 yr old

    You could also go to your local library as they might have several options for you, free of cost. There are several websites with resources also , a quick Google will give you several of them

    My nephew was reading, I think it was 'blood on the rose' comic book style of Irish history and key events. Was very good.
