    I Am a french Erasmus student and i would like to know if there is any website that sell phones and that accept payment in several Times, 3 Times would be perfect.

    Getting a phone "on finance" without a credit check is going to be a pain. I'd try and get a decently priced phone on Amazon.de(They dont use Network Locking for the most part) and just pay for it in one go.
