La Course by La Vuelta starting on British Eurosport now - 15 laps in Madrid. Weather looks a lot better than La Course in Paris :D

gah, I was wondering why it would be on the Monday afterwards. I was down in Ennis at Rás na mBan yesterday, so I missed my usual Eurosport hit. Shudda known better!

Smacks of tokenism, this La Course business, imo. What say the competitors? Better than nothing, or a first step in the right direction?

from what was been said after the race in paris on the last day of the tour it seems to be a step in the right direction but womens racing has been getting alot more coverage this year aswell
