Piles/ Hemorriods

    Hi I have suffered from piles now for the past few years I am 24 year old female I suffered from extreme constipation as a child and also irratable bowel but I do not suffer from constipation anymore and eat an extremely healthy diet.

    However I have a hemorriod which will not go away I have it a few years it started off a small vein it was painful at the start but not anymore it varies in size getting smaller and bigger it has never hurt in a few years but it never went it's a pea sized purpleish coloured lump it comes out when I poop and then goes back in it has never bled ever! But I am worried it has thrombosed 😵 I seen my doctor a few years ago she examined me and didn't seem concerned as it never bothered me but it's never went away😵 I am a serious worry wart as I suffer from anxiety I am worried if it is thrombosed is it possible for it to travel through my body and is it harmful? I can't sleep with worry but do not want to attend my doctor again as she said it never hurts me so it's ok help
