    I am starting a new job and i don't have a p60! How will the effect me and does one have to be giving to your new employer?

    Do you mean a p45? I've never given a p60 to a new employer.

    Its no big deal, get your new employers tax number and ring revenue and they'll sort it out for you.

    Yes, your employer will be used to it. As regards Revenue, they'll need your PPS number, that employers tax number and the date you started work there. And they deal with dozens of cases like yours every hour of the day.
    You'll only get a P45 when you leave the employment (and then you hand a copy to the next employer).
