    From best to worst:

Silicon Valley Astronomy Lectures are given by professional scientists and there's some excellent back material:

The Jodcast from Jodrell Bank -- I've only just started listening, has stuff from UK observatories and universities:

Astronomy Cast is unfortunately a bit lightweight:

I listen to Neil Degrasse Tysons "startalk" podcast on my commute. Covers many sciency topics and is light hearted enough but has sometimes caused me many wasted nights reading shtuff on t'internet!

Not astronomy related, but hardcore history by Dan Carlin is one of the best podcasts I've heard so far.

I liked the first few, but when they introduced the audience it gets a bit forced

Here's what I listen to that hasn't already been listed. Some of them move between various science subjects but will have an episode here or there on astronomy, astrophysics etc.

    Naked Astronomy
    BBC Inside Science
    Big Picture Science
Science Fantastic - Not updated in a while but Prof Michio Kaku is one of the worlds leading Astrophysicist's and covered some interesting topics on old episodes

    Enjoy!

Great shout on this one. I've started watching the videos on their youtube page as I found it annoying via Podcast when the speaker keeps referring to slides he's showing that I couldn't look at. Some really great speakers and topics covered.

I can't (unfortunately) find a downloadable podcast version of this, but you can listen online. It's the monthly Voxpop astronomy program on WAMC public radio in the US north east with renowned astronomy populariser Bob Berman. It's a phone-in program which covers a broad range of physics and astronomy topics. Program can be found here, with audio available for the last two years or so:
