    Has anybody applied for the 40% grant on a few vacume tank and if so spec makes prices

    rang for prices oonly got one from abbey
    2k gallon with dribble bar was circa 29k

    I think my current tank may do ha

    Contractor with 2500 gallon trailing shoe is 60 euro an hour .at circa 29 k for that 2 k tank with dribble bar I'll continue with contractor!!

    How long would it take to rack up a 30k bill with contractor for slurry?

    How long would it take to rack up a 30k bill with contractor for slurry?

    Paid 1400 for what I got done last year with t shoe and 500 with splash plate .just over 90% of my slurry on contract .my time better gave elsewhere ,also a tax allowable expense .less ware and rare on my own tractor and less diesel burned .

    17.5k after grant then, how much is a normal tank??

    As far as I am aware you don't have to buy the full unit you can just buy the tank but it has to be galvanised. 29 is some money for a unit. 20 odd with the grant.
