    Even with the SSD?
Does it not make up for the rubbish processor and ram?

Bought one of these last Xmas for wife. They are terribly slow.

For basic tasks they are absolutely fine. That's what they are made for. Web browsing, MS Office, photos, music, videos.

I have also tested large 1080p movie files on them, and absolutely no hiccups whatsoever.

The SSD/MMC makes boot-up time faster than the majority of €500 laptops with standard 5400rpm hard drives.

Connectivity options are also excellent - HDMI, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, plenty of USB ports (3.0 as well!) and a card slot. The webcam on this is also very good.

    Battery life is unbeatable IMO.

Don't expect i3 performance from a €200 device, and you will be pleasantly surprised. Much better than those cheap Toshiba's you see in Tesco.

Just to agree with some of the points made earlier. I bought one for my wife last Christmas. I was going to buy her a Chrome book, but this looked nicer and offered additional functionality. She loves it and finds it great for doing what it is suppose to. That is basis computing i.e is web browsing and email. I updated it to Windows 10 and it did not slow it down and she is delighted with its speed. We did not put MSOffice on it or any other large applications. If you want a small laptop to do basic tasks it is great value. It is not a powerful machine and is not sold as such.
