Does the college matter?

Does it matter where you get your degree from, when going to get a job or does it just matter that you have a degree? If it matters where you get the degree what can someone do to compete with people who went to a better college when going to get a job.

I don't think so as its already on paper, but it does sound good from a high end college:rolleyes:
