Wondering if anyone has any experience in setting up/incorporating a company in the U.S.?

Based in Ireland, We potentially have some lucrative business coming up over there but the client is insisting we have a registered company in the U.S.

Is it easy enough to do & do the directors of the [Irish registered] company have to have visas etc?

Also is there any advantage to registering in any particular state over another?

    Hoping someone can help. Thanks.

Delaware seems to be the state of choice for people looking to set up a corporation -

    Can't help with the corporation
As to the visas, it depends on what your company does, and how often/ how long / for what the Irish directors need to be in the USA. For example, if they just attend meetings occasionally, then the Visa Waiver covers that.
