Evaporation line or pregnant

I bought sure sign tests from Sam macaulys and I tested yesterday one day before my period. I saw a very very faint line but I don't know was I imagining it but after ten minutes it was prominent so I know it could be a false positive because it was over the time. Today I'm due so I took one and this is the result. Just wondering would it be an evaporation line because I had really bad cramps last night like something was going to burst in my stomach and a sore back all signs of pmt. so I'm just wondering am I looking at an evap line or is it common to have that kind of pain at the start of pregnancy? Thank you

Obviously we can't say for sure but if that appeared within the time frame stated on the instructions then it isn't an evap line and you are pregnant.

I find Tesco tests very reliable.

Thanks for getting back to me I just wanted a second opinion before I get my hopes up and see the doc. I'm also conscious I'm testing too soon and I'm experienceing cramping which I cant remember on my first. I have all the signs of pmt so I think il wait out the weekend and see someone on Monday x

If your period is due today you're not testing too early at all.

Looks positive. Ten minutes is a very short time. Evaporation lines would be more the next day kinda thing.

I had horrendous cramps in the couple of days before and after testing positive for my second baby. She's now 9 weeks old. Didn't have the cramps with my first baby.
