Who to contact for e-mail issues?

    Major issues trying to set up a new e-mail account. Simply put, the initial temporary password will not work on repeated attempts to get onto the server. Putting a query through the 'Ask TCD' gets nowhere (under Website). Is there any particular department or individual I should contact to help sort this?

    Try Helpdesk@tcd.ie - IS services deals with password stuff.

    try through gmail?Most students dont realise you can log into gmail using your TCD email. Its easier to use than myzone
