What do you think of this look. I think it looks pretty funky and would like to try it but not sure how to pull it off. Or is this one of those looks that's for celebs and runway.

I cant post pics so just google it.

The equivalent of that for a man is shorts over jeans/trousers. It would look ridiculous, as indeed does the skirt over dress. If you were to ask a non fashion conscious male such as myself I'd look at a woman wearing a getup like that and shake my head wondering what had possessed her at all, at all.

Sorry but this is one of the stupidest things I've ever seen

Its just a new version of Layered Dressing, isn't it?
With a little skirt as light as a peplum over a tighter, longer base layer.
Funky, yes: and not easy to wear :-(
unless you are under 20. LOL

Not really a fan im afraid. It looks good on Blake Lively because its not that noticeable and it just looks like the blue panel is the style of the dress. The other two ladies dont pull it off in my opinion! Id say its cool and funky when done properly but very hard to pull off

I can't see how that would even be comfortable? Blake Lively looks stunning in that outfit but again, it doesn't even look like a layered skirt per say. I used to do this kinda thing when I was 12 and even then I knew I looked ridiculous.
