Safe Pass

    I have been offered a job just now, starting on Monday morning. Problem is, I need a safe pass which I haven't got. It expired 2 months ago which I only noticed now!

    If I go and do a safe pass course tomorrow, would I have a card or number immediately? I have been searching for a job for over a year now and it will kill me not to be able to accept.

    I haven't mentioned it to the employer yet.

    You'll get a letter on the day saying you've completed the Safe Pass course, that should be enough until you get the card which won't be for a few weeks.
