Hi there. So I have had to do a reset of our alarm system but am unable to set it up again. I have the new codes and new engineer code setup however I am unable to setup the zones or enable the alarm to alarm the house. It's a HKC securewatch alarm. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi
If the panel has been defaulted then it needs to be reprogrammed.

Set up timers, codes, zone types, zone attributes, shock zones, zone hardware for eol configuration.
Devices if more than one keypad or any point ID etc.

You would be safer if you employed an alarm expert to set this up
