Hi I will be getting 2 x 3 hour days work from October 1st, how long does it take for first casual payment to come through on average, worried I'll be left without any JA for a few weeks? Thanks

JA casual is paid a week in arrears. You will be given forms for your employer to complete and your means from employment will have to be assessed. Your JA will be payment suspended until all this is completed. The length of time will depend on how quickly you can bring the forms back and how busy your office is.
