Ag science out side of school?

My cousin who did the LC last year gave me his old books - an ag science one amongst them. I wanted to do it in school but couldn't due to it clashing with Chemistry. Would it be relatively easy to do outside of school? Im a farmer so should pick up most of it relatively easy :C

You would need to do the project under the supervision of a teacher so that they can sign off that it is all your own work.
