    Hey all,
    So looking for information in relation to setting up a small brewery.
    Set up costs
    Licenses needed? Or will pub license do?
    Best equipment to invest in?
    Best place in ireland to buy equipment?
    I have already enrolled in a couple of course in Germany about making beer but all info welcome and links to website.
    The aim is to make maybe a ale and a beer to sell in my own pub to start off and maybe take it from there...
