Any recommendations for May 2016 for a 4 and 2 year old.

Salou at 2.5hours flight time would be spot on except it leaves Dublin at 06:30.

Ani suggestions for a destination with sunshine and family orientated with a similar flight time? 3 and a bit hours max.
    Thanks!

    Hi there
The best family friendly sun holiday with young children is Faro in the Algarve. The people over there are really child friendly and will go out of their way to look after you and your children. The fishing village of Alzuir is the perfect place with children and the restaurants over there all have kids menus and entertainment and are so child friendly to the point that even if you walk in with your children at 10pm you will still be welcomed with open arms and there are lots of sweet shops and its very safe and quiet. There are no drubk youths or noisy parties on and May is definitely the best time to travel with young children as its low season so its quiet and still not too hot yet and it is only a 2.5 hr flight from Dublin. If I were you I would look it up online now to check prices and avaliability.

Travelled a few weeks ago on a 6:15 flight and to be honest, I think it worked out much better for us than the alternative (a 15:30 flight which we took last year).

Arrive at destination early, have the day there instead of spending the day travelling. Plus given that you would have got up early to catch a flight at that time, there's a fair chance they'll sleep for some/all of the flight!
