wiggle deliveries

I have a bike on the way from wiggle. Got the usual email from wiggle last Friday saying it was shipped. Been tracking it with DHL every day since. It's still down as shipping info received in Southhampton, a week later. Any one else getting this?

Have you contacted Wiggle through their chat window to see whats going on with your order? I have used them a lot and never experienced any problems, I didn't buy a bike but a mate did and it arrived 4 days later.
