Can I get the Water Conservation Grant if

My landlord registered the building months ago, but set billing information to himself. I have recently updated the details on the bills from been the landlords to mine. If the landlord registered the building does that mean he gets the grant or can I get the grant?

In order to be eligible to apply for the 2015 Water Conservation Grant, customers and non-customers were advised to register with Irish Water by June 30th.
