Currently getting one of my exams rechecked from the leaving cert as I am only 5 points off the course.. Does anyone have any knowledge on what to do in the meantime? Just started Computing level 8 in DKIT but don't want to be here, rechecks don't come through until October so what should I do if my points don't go up and…

Just started Computing level 8 in DKIT but don't want to be here, rechecks don't come through until October so what should I do if my points don't go up and don't get offered a place? Could anyone tell me about transferring into this course after doing a year of computing in DKIT? What are the odds on getting a place from transferring? Would I be better off repeating my leaving cert or is there any back doors into this course? Thanks.
