    In all honesty, 'expert' is the new buzzword that I'm getting really sick of hearing. Every meagre job will have an 'expert' who is just an average employee who get's no extra pay and a little extra training.

    i got a single bed there recently due to an over zealous 6 year old jumper.

    Was told to air the mattress for a few hours and to turn the mattress upside down rather than turn over, forgotten why now, am sure I was distracted with the kids trying out the different beds.

    So maybe I have met the sleep expert !
