Considering a house purchase that is split into two units. Approx 100 sq metres and 130 sq metres. Each unit has a heating sytem, boiler, immersion etc. installed about 10 yrs ago and obviously has separate bills. We would be looking to combine into a single system that would serve the whole property although some rooms wouldnt be used much so could be turned off for periods. Any thoughts appreciated.
