Okay, I'm going into first year and I'm having troubke with filling out the tuition fee application form for understanding 23 years Olds. I don't currently have my passport as I sent it off to get an Irish one for the first time(I wasn't born here). Do I need to get the form filled out by the orientation/documentation verification date (15th September) or can I do it afterwards ? Or can I use my birth cert instead?
