Unmetered Bill

    I got water meter installed in October 2014, but when got first water bill 3 months ago, water usage was unmtered on it. Also noticed that house address isn't correct. Phoned IW and talked to nice man who corrected address and found out that WPRN isn't correct too, said that's reason for unmetered bill. He assured me that will correct WPRN and next bill will be metered.

    Yesterday got second water bill, with incorrect address again, incorrect WPRN and unmetered usage as well.

    Please help me to get this sorted as I want to pay metered bills, hence water meter is installed outside house, also child's water allowance can be only applied to metered bills.
