Insulated plasterboard is probably the cheapest option, but you could easily do without the plasterboard. just wallpaper over the insulation.
    Don't forget about ventilation.

A man wouldn't need help, advice, or direction. What you're building there is a cave.

    :p:pac:

Get a projector and sound system, you won't know yourself.

    Definitely mid life crisis stuff..
Surely life indoors can't be that bad that you have to retreat to a dog house without being sent..

Why not take the money and set up a better entertainment system in the house where you can enjoy it with your family.

This guy's is on drugs !!!!!! enjoy it with your family..... HAHAHAHAHAHA

I go to work to get away from them after work I go to the garage and
come in around 9 ish watch telly until 10ish and go to bed. It's great I only have to see them for about 1 hour per day.

I'm also working on a man cave, I've made a set of staires and I've floored the garage so I have a room upstaires. I'm looking at buying 8x4 sheets of insulation and putting them between the wooded joists in the roof. Maybe a cheap stove.

man caves come in many types,
heres mine. but some are more workshop themed, etc
It was a house garage, but with prices in dublin, i decided to live in the garage instead. literally , my mothers house is next door.

    Totaly DANGERIOUS

Aerobord is highly flamimable and toxic within seconds giving off dense black smoke and has been the cause of many deaths from the old insulated tiles we all remember in bedsits.
That is why it has to be fire proofed with a minium half hour fire rating.
ie. Timber or plasterboard over it.
    NEVER exposed.
Just thought I should mention it.
    Tom
