    Hi All,
I was just wondering how do you throw a ball park figure on doing a major renovation on a 1960's house?I'd say it needs to be rewires & plumbed, insulated etc. Its 185 sq mts/1990sq ft

Any idea how you'd get a rough idea on this?
    Thanks
