E-Cigs and Dublin Airport\ Croatia

    Hi,

Myself and the misses are flying to Croatia, we both vape and have been getting some mixed opinions on using E-Cigs and flying. Been told you can't use them at all in the airport, but that its virtually impossible to tell if you use one in the toilet (heard this about the plane as well).

I know you also can't bring any liquids on the plane, but aren't you allowed a small amount ?, would you get away with a 5 ml bottle or even just having your e-cig topped up ?.

Checked the laws in Croatia for e-cigs and they seem to be more or less the same as here, any info would be welcome

You can bring up to 100ml of liquid in hand luggage. Regarding using the, in the airport or on a plane, if you're discreet, nobody will say anything. If you're blatant, odds are they will.

Personally, on a plane, I always inhale, hold, then inhale again a few times to avoid a cloud and the accompanying attention. One thing to note is that it is possible to set off a smoke alarm while vaping, so if you go to the toilet on the plane to vape, don't let it end up looking like a steam room.

I've never set the alarm off on a plane, but if I did, I'd deny it down to the ground. Claim it was a faulty alarm.

Regarding Croatia, I'd assume it's similar to here but never been

Also, if you're bringing it on a plane, make sure you have tissue. They always leak on flights, I believe due to the pressure
