    There's a running group that hauls out of RunZone in Rathgar, D6, I believe.

    Looking to organise a running group in Harolds Cross...bit of mix and match in terms of distance, pace etc...

    The reason i havent joined running club in Rathgar is that i am looking for a group that doesnt mind altering times each week..something a bit more chilled..ideal time to start running would be 7 or 8pm...and all members happy to change times based on work commitments

    Sounds good to me! I'll gladly join so just let me know when!

    Hi all,

    I am also in that area (Harold's Cross) and wouldn't mind joining in a group for some of my easy runs and long runs. Like others have mentioned same time; same day; same place; same distance wouldn't necessarily suit me every time but if there are others in the area, once we had a handful at least, it would surely work.

    What kind of paces do you all tend to run? My easy at the moment is about 6 - 6:30 min / km (yes I am one of those metric folk).

    You could check meetup.com or start a new Dublin Runners meetup:

    meetup.com/dublinrunners/

    Or why not join the Run Logic #runclub - it's an 8 min run from HC bridge (I do it regularly):

    @Spaceylou - Rochy

    Private message me fancy starting next week...

    My easy run would be in and around 5ish/km but nice relaxed running and distance exactly what im looking for - recent half marathon in Mount Juliet Estate was 7:34/m

    Start it anyhow and see if we can add few runners as we go along, week after week
