Thinking of starting a Co-Op

    I'm wondering does anyone on Boards know if it is possible for a Co-Op to buy an existing business ?? If so, what's required .....

    Are you starting a co-op to buy a company?

    It may be easier to buy the company and change it from Ltd to co-op. Can't think of any reason why a co-op couldn't buy a Ltd though.

    A ltd company can buy a co-op no problem op.
