Tutorial groups.

    Does DCU organise these like some other colleges, first come first served, alphabetically, etc.

    Or are you pre placed into a group.

    You will be placed into a group automatically. If you're not, then you will be told in the first week which group you are in.

    On my timetable there are some tutorials that are the same but they're on two or three times a day, do I only have to go to one of these?

    Most likely yes. Those would be different groups as tutorials are generally smaller than lectures. You'll be assigned to one on your first week.
