    Hi folks,
Have a fiatagri 8090 with a vapormatic starter which is goosed, mechanic told me to get a high speed starter as she is and was always a poor starting machine, awful job starting it on cold mornings, even during the summer months last year and this year. So what should I do, I have two options, replace starter with an original magnetti marelli starter €230 or go all out and pay €430 for a high speed bosch starter, the latter is a lot more money and what if it isn't as effective as I hope, Im thinking that replacing the starter with what the tractor originally came with (magnetti marelli) should suffice. Need a few opinions please.

Definately go high speed or geared starter. no comparison. ive seen them put on bad starters and they start instantly.
Price around though , you should get a better price though

Just fitted a letrika (formally iskra) high speed starter, tractor now starts with the faintest turn of the key, delighted.
