    Hi,

After 3 months into our house the shower head is showing the effects of the hard water.

I have read the threads here on water softeners V combimates. Installing the combimate is cheaper and the unit can be concealed underneath our existing cupboard units - so this is a preferable solution if it protects our shower heads and appliances.

The comments on water softeners V combimates get religious enough. Please could I get replies from people who had issues with shower heads getting clogged and installed a combimate. What is your experience?

    Thanks!
