Used a kcnc adaptor to bring pf30 to hollow tech shimano
    Fantastic product
Easy to use and no squeaks

I have used the FSA BB30 Conversion Kit, which is basically a metal pipe with internal threads. You press it into the BB30 housing and it allows you to fit standard Shimano or Sram threaded bottom brackets. I like these as they allow you to fit sealed outboard bearings which last a long time.

I have also used the Wheels Manufacturing BB30 to 24mm Crank Spindle Shims, these allow you to use your BB30 bearings but increase the width and decrease the diameter to allow fitting of Hollowtec cranks etc. I dont like these as they still use the BB30 bearings which are open to the elements and dont last long.

Thanks the kcnc one looks the business, just need to check external diameter in the middle of the unit as the screw for cover plate of cable guides intrudes a bit into BB shell

just take out the screw, cut or replace with a shorter one after youve replaced bb..
cables will keep it place whilst you work on bb
