Billing Frequency

Hi,

On Irish Water's website, it states bills are usually issued quarterly - one every 3 months.

So far I have received 3 bills in 6 months, why is this?

You are correct in stating that Irish Water bills are issued to customers on a quarterly basis. We can certainly investigate why you have received three bills over a six month period. To do this, we would ask that you send us the following details via PM:
