    If God forbid, my parents died, and I am 18 and my younger brother would I or my older sister gain custody? Rather than an aunt or uncle?

    Have your parents made a will?

    It should be in a will and the parents have to ask the potential guardians.

    We have asked a family member, wrote it down and told both sets of grand parents who we chose
