Hiya. I recently moved into a new flat and there is upc there which is plugged directly from the wall to my tv (18) channels no box. Is there a box I could buy to get the freesat channels using the existing upc signal. I don't want to get into long contracts with upc and would prefer to just buy a box. I get my wifi from my phone hot spot. Any idea's please ?

No, the UPC cable cannot be used for what you want. You either need a dish for freesat or to pay UPC for additional channels.
