    Hi All,
We're looking to buy a house in Wicklow - have seen a fair few for sale in James Everett Park in Bray.
Does anyone have any experience of the area? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I think it's fine. It is in Palermo which was a council estate but most have bought their homes now and there are mostly older people living in the area but with some families also. There is a school in the estate but not near James Everett so the traffic for there at school times shouldn't be an issue. It's much quieter than neighbouring Fassaroe which has pedestrian access through Palermo but no through road.

Wondering did you find any more out about James everett park? Which road were you looking at. Been looking at a few there myself but not 100% sure about fasaroe.
