How are schools deciding on their JC texts for 1st and 2nd year? Do all classes/ teachers do the same texts or is there freedom to choose what suits your own class?

It depends. We have a book scheme so it makes sense to order the same ones across the board. We're not ordering until after the ballot anyway.
