Wondering if stomach fluke transferable between sheep and cattle and is it the same or different fluke species that affect both.

As far as I know it is but it doesn't spread directly, rather indirectly through the intermediate host species, the snail.

If fluke dosed cattle are let out on fresh pasture with lambs or sheep they will they get caught up in the sheeps fluke cycle and mean the dose is wasted?
