Throttle Netflix on mobile device?

Hello, Is there any way to make Netflix use low quality on a mobile device, but medium on a computer, fro the same user? I only found a per-user setting, not a per-device setting. But on mobile I often have a metered connection, and the worse quality is not really an issue on a 5 inch screen.
