    Hi All,

Does anyone have experience with a standard commercial leases (shop), having no luck with research or obtaining samples.

Looking at renting a commercial property, Landlord has said if we can draw up a suitable lease to protect all parties he would give us three months rent free whilst we get started.

    Any help would be appreciated

For three months free well worth paying a professional to do it that's a great offer!

Thanks for the reply folks, no danger of getting screwed over, we know the landlord but need to make the agreement formal
