Anywhere reliable in the west to get lens serviced?

i have a Pentax 43mm Limited lens which is my pride and joy and literally don't take it off my camera! obviously this is bad because now its after getting very stiff to focus. I don't know if it is old grease or sand or what but to turn the focus ring takes alot of effort. Any reputable places in the west to get this…

I'm in Galway, had some trouble with a lens and body in the past. Posted both to him and fixed. I couldn't find anywhere in Galway to service/repair; if you do please let me know.
