These are covers which will give you a bit of cash if you are involved in an accident where you are injured or killed.
All details are always outlined in a policy document (i.e. how much they will pay for what) so just have a look there and decide yourself if you need it or not.

Your choice, their importance is something only you can decide if it's worth a payout if you were killed or if you lost a leg in an own-fault crash, should that occur.

Driver fatal accident cover = beneficiaries get cash if you are killed in a crash.
Personal Accident cover = pays compensation for injury, or loss of body part (hand, arm, leg, eye, etc) usually only where no one else is to blame.

Would they not pay if it was not-your-fault crash?

If it's not your fault you will be fully covered by other insurer.

Of course, but I wonder if your insurer will still be obliged to pay for that (f.e. 11k for loss of limb as in line with their policy document) on top of payout from other party insurer.

Depends on the fine print. In any case such extras only give limited cover and compensation is usually much less than what you may be able to claim from the other party.
