A rare enough runner for Stoute at the track but has a 38% strike rate so worth a look. Was a C&D winner as a 2yr old on gd/sft and has the same conditions today.
I took the 8s available last night but with the NR's will be a rule 4 but 4/1 currently still looks reasonable value

Im also hoping CAPTAIN CAT 2.00 haydock can recapture his form and repeat last years success in this race.

Just a note regarding the 5.35 Stratford where Nicely Indeed runs. Giles Bravery really likes his, Amber Spyglass. The horse has come on a great deal over the summer and they are expecting it to win. E/W 8/1.

On page 7 of this week's Racing Post Weekender the Charlie Hills article headline was "I'm confident of good show from Sprint Cup pair"

But further down there is a second article headed "Seconditis frustrating but squad is in great order for big targets"
