Oil Tank Disposel

    Please can someone tell me how I can dispose of or get rid of an oil tank,
    It was in perfect condition until today when it suffered a knock by the outlet and it now has a very small crack about 2cm long starting by the outlet.
    Luckily there was no spillage at all and I managed to get all the oil out without to much drama.
    I will get a replacement tank from somewhere but it just leaves me with the old tank......what should I do with it ?

    Put it on Adverts and Buy and Sell and see if some farmer needs it as a sheep shelter etc.

    Otherwise ring your local recycling center for advice.

    I have it up on DoneDeal and I'll put it up on Adverts as well, hopeful someone will want it.

    It's gone..
    Put it up on Adverts and it was collected within an hour, unreal
    A farmer wanted it.
    Glad it's gone now.

    we just bought a house and the tank needs replacing. we have a second hand tank available to us is that something you would be able to do and remove the old oil tank?
