    Hi,

I have a claim thats on going and about 2 months ago i had to pay €190 for a High court summons. As i have not seem my solicitor after paying this i have no idea what its about. So my question's are...

1, What is the high court summons for.?
    and
2, Does this mean my case is getting closer to being settled?

Any info would be great thanks in advance!

A summons is simply the document that starts Gigh Court proceedings. The stamp duty payable to the Coutts Service is €190.00.
